Lara Palafox is an actor and writer. She has appeared on film and in commercials locally, nationally and internationally. One of her commercials for Hawaiian Airlines has won several Pele Awards. Lara has also performed on stage and film in Australia and Hong Kong in a broad range of roles from Shakespeare's Juliet to Disney-produced Scaremonies' Vampira – for which she won Best Performer. 

As a former ESL teacher Lara lived and worked in Australia, Hong Kong, China and Hawaii, and has visited more than 70 cities around the world. Due to the desire to spend more time with her twins in their early years, she transitioned to work as a Communications Specialist with a global nonprofit that provides humanitarian aid and special programs.

As founder of CMG Records, she produced multiple vocal albums and earned recognition as an award-winning independent artist. Her stage credits include principal roles at Diamond Head Theatre, and she was named a Hawai‘i Music Awards winner.

An accomplished endurance athlete, Gentry has completed sea-to-summit runs across the Hawaiian Islands, swum inter-island channels, and competed in the Ironman World Championship, Xterra World Championships, and the ITU Age Group Triathlon World Championship. She was also crowned Miss Hawai‘i 1999 and represented the state at Miss America 2000.

Julie Ranoa is a versatile actor, model, and hula dancer born and raised in San Jose, California. With a rich “mixed plate” cultural background and time spent living in Hawaii, Los Angeles, and France, Julie brings a unique blend of influences to her creative work.

Her screen credits include roles in Giraffes, Siren, and the scripted reality series Operation Repo. Born in Florida and raised in Georgia, Mike comes from a culturally rich Jewish and half-Argentinian background. His early years were shaped by both Southern charm and global perspective—a perspective that broadened even further when he spent a year living in Adelaide, Australia. His naval service has since taken him across the United States, from San Diego and Atlanta to Virginia and now Hawaii, where he currently resides in Ewa Beach. 

Alesana is a multi-talented performer of Samoan, Hawaiian, and Irish descent, born and raised in Lahaina, Maui. His career began at an early age when he started dancing at local luaus alongside his father. By age five, he was already performing, and he would eventually become a fire knife dancer at the renowned Royal Lahaina Luau. It was there that he was discovered by his first agent, leading to a career in television and film. Alesana has appeared in series such as Hawaii Five-O, Magnum P.I., and Wisdom of the Crowd, and has worked with acclaimed creator Jill Soloway. Now based in Los Angeles, he continues to work in the industry while returning to Hawaii regularly for projects.

Michael Carter is a Honolulu-born actor with a growing list of independent film credits to his name. Though relatively new to the screen, Michael has appeared in over a dozen independent films, bringing a grounded, authentic presence shaped by a life of real-world experience. Ark Woods (born La'a Kaulula'au), a native Hawaiian born and raised on Kaua'i — is a generational talent. With his primary occupation being a singer/songwriter, Ark has done it all. His music has been featured in Superbowl commercials, internationally campaigned Google ads, and Disney movies, as well as featured on various news outlets such as HawaiiNewsNow and Feature Magazine. Jasmine Kimiko is a local actress who grew up in town singing with the Hawaii Youth Opera Chorus and acting in plays throughout her childhood. Her first Network TV job came when casting saw her on stage at Punahou playing Christine in Phantom of the Opera. She then went away to study at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts earning a BFA in Drama. It was between her freshman and sophomore year that she booked her second network spot on Hawaii 5-0. After school she moved north to New York where she worked in theaters across the city and then in 2018 moving across the country to LA where she works as an actor in television, film and theater. When she's not working you'll find her at the beach, in a hot yoga class or at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, playing tennis, or perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe.
