Thesis Title: Modeling Swimming Dynamics of Active Droplets in Non-Newtonian Media
Active droplets are tiny self-propelled fluid systems that mimic the behavior of biological microorganisms. Through mathematical modeling and numerical simulations, this research explores how concentration gradients, diffusiophoresis, and interfacial flows drive droplet motion and influence transitions between different swimming modes. The findings contribute to the development of advanced microfluidic technologies and synthetic microswimmers.
