Nice Global Outstanding Conglomerate LTD (Nice G.O.C) is recruiting visionary, disciplined, and result-driven individuals to serve as Zonal Agent across States, Local Government Areas (LGAs), Higher Institutions, and Wards/Communities.
As a Zonal Managing Director, you will represent Nice G.O.C in your assigned zone, coordinate activities, build a strong local network, and support the growth of our services and subsidiaries.
Your Role
As a Zonal Agent, you will:
Lead and coordinate Nice G.O.C activities within your assigned zone.
Recruit, mentor, and supervise Marketing Agents.
Promote the company's products, services, and digital platforms.
Develop partnerships with schools, businesses, organizations, and communities.
Organize awareness campaigns and marketing activities.
Submit regular reports on activities and performance.
Support the expansion of Nice G.O.C's subsidiaries in your zone.
Who Can Apply?

Able to work independently and lead a team.
Familiar with their State, LGA, School, or Community.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, leadership, or business development is an advantage but not compulsory.
Earnings
Your earnings are performance-based and depend on your level of activity, successful team coordination, and achievement of agreed targets.
As a Zonal Managing Director, you will have opportunities to earn through:
Commissions from eligible company services and programs.
Team performance incentives.
Leadership bonuses (where applicable).
Other approved reward and recognition programs.
Top-performing Zonal Managing Directors may qualify for additional incentives and expanded leadership responsibilities.
