DEVELOP A SUCCESSFUL NICE G.O.C AGENT NETWORK

The selected Marketing Manager will:

ATTRACT → ORIENTATE → RECRUIT → ACTIVATE → DEVELOP → GROW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📱 Social Media Marketing
Find and attract genuine people interested in Nice G.O.C.

🎤 Online Orientation
Conduct online orientation sessions for interested prospects.

🏢 Physical Orientation
Participate in or conduct physical orientation sessions where required.

👥 Agent Recruitment
Identify serious candidates for State, LGA, School and Community/Ward Agent opportunities.

📚 Agent Training & Development
Help new agents understand their roles, responsibilities and how to develop their territory.

💼 Service Activation
Help agents understand and promote Nice G.O.C services and generate genuine service users.

🌍 Network Development
Build and strengthen the Nice G.O.C network across States, LGAs, schools and communities.
