By using our platform, mobile services, WhatsApp bot, or connected applications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
2️⃣ PLATFORM OVERVIEW
Nice G.O.C provides unified access to multiple community-based services including:

📢 Advertising (Normal & VIP)
🧭 Location Search, Map Integration & Direction Generation
The system connects individuals, service providers, field agents, and zonal controllers under an organized and transparent community ecosystem.
3️⃣ USER ELIGIBILITY
To use Nice G.O.C services, users must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Possess a valid WhatsApp number (verified during registration).
Agree to our Data Use and Verification Policy.
Complete registration before accessing paid features.
4️⃣ ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
Each user is assigned a unique Referral ID upon registration.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Suspicious or fraudulent activities may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
All registrations must include a valid Nigerian mobile number and, where required, photo verification.
5️⃣ SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Various services (e.g., Market Access, Property Search, Transport Info, Roommate Finder, etc.) require monthly or per-use payments.
Payments are securely processed through Paystack or other approved payment gateways.
Fees are subject to review and adjustment by Nice G.O.C administration without prior notice.
Refunds are not guaranteed for digital or subscription-based services.
6️⃣ COMMISSION & REFERRALS
Registered users with active referral IDs can earn commissions when referred members subscribe or transact within the platform.
Referral earnings are automatically tracked and credited to wallets.
Commissions are subject to periodic review every six months.
7️⃣ AGENTS, CONTROLLERS & FIELD OPERATORS
Market Agents, Park Agents, Property Agents, Zonal and State Controllers operate under Nice G.O.C’s guidelines.
All agent roles are verified and approved by Local Government (LGA), State Controllers, and Admin.
Agents earn specified commissions per transaction, search, or verified update.
8️⃣ ADVERTISING POLICY
Ads are categorized into Normal Ads and VIP Ads.
Advertisers agree that submitted materials are legal, accurate, and non-offensive.
VIP Ads are performance-based, and advertisers pay for reach, engagement, or messages.
Users interacting with ads may earn bonuses according to admin-defined rules.
9️⃣ PROPERTY, TRANSPORT & MARKET ACTIVITIES
Property listings, inspection fees, and market entries must be accurate and current.
Transport companies must provide updated cost per route and availability.
Market data, goods pricing, and lot information must be updated regularly by agents.
Misrepresentation may result in suspension or legal action.
🔟 COMMUNICATIONS
All automated messages from Nice G.O.C follow this format:
“Greetings, Good {Morning/Afternoon/Evening}, I’m a customer from Nice G.O.C — interested in your {service/product/property}. Please respond. Thank you.”
This ensures transparency, trust, and consistency in all system communications.
11️⃣ PRIVACY & DATA USAGE
By using Nice G.O.C, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (such as name, contact, and location) for operational and analytical purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except for operational needs like:
Payment verification (Paystack)
Location detection (Google Maps API)
Messaging integration (Meta Cloud API)
12️⃣ LOCATION & MAP FEATURES
Nice G.O.C uses Google Maps API to fetch and verify user and service provider locations.
Users can:
View and verify nearby services
Generate directions automatically or manually
Share journey history with chosen WhatsApp contacts
Location access is strictly optional and user-consented.
13️⃣ IMAGE SEARCH & AI SYSTEM
Nice G.O.C uses AI image recognition to help users find matching services, products, or places.
Images uploaded for AI search are temporarily processed and automatically deleted from our servers after use.
14️⃣ USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Misuse platform communication tools
Upload offensive, illegal, or misleading information
Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
Interfere with system operations or other users’ experience
15️⃣ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nice G.O.C shall not be liable for:
Losses from vendor or agent errors
Service unavailability or third-party network failure
Miscommunication between users and vendors
Incorrect information provided by users or agents
16️⃣ ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Nice G.O.C reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Engage in fraud, spam, or abuse
Violate terms, or
Remain inactive for over 12 months
17️⃣ GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
