Training Schedule

Note before Practice: 

• All athletes must be green in Final Forms to be eligible for the swim practice. 

• Practice groups will be assigned after the first day of practice based on experience and the ability to keep up in sets.

• If you are going to miss a practice, please email head coach Mark before the workout at budosm@bsd405.org 

Practice Groups: 

• Session 1 (Varsity) - 90 minutes

• Session 2 (JV & those with special permission) - 60 minutes
