Terms and Conditions for Recruitment Services

1. Scope of Services: Next Step Recruitment Company provides a range of recruitment services, including sourcing and placing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and providing related consulting services. Our services are intended to assist clients in finding suitable candidates for employment and candidates in finding suitable job opportunities. We do not guarantee the success of any placements made through our services.

2. Responsibilities and Obligations: We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services to you. However, we cannot guarantee the suitability of any candidates we present to you, and it is your responsibility to assess the suitability of candidates for your needs. You agree to indemnify us against any claims made by candidates arising from any employment arrangements you enter into as a result of our services.

3. Fees and commissions: Employers are entitled to pay fifty percent [50%] of the candidate's [job seeker] salary for the first month. And also employers are to pay One Hundred Ghana Cedis [GHC100] for each candidate we provide. No additional payment after that.

4. Confidentiality: We will keep confidential any information provided to us by you or candidates, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with our services.

6. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

7. PLEASE NOTE THAT CANDIDATES/JOB SEEKERS ARE ENTITLED TO PICK A FORM OF ONE HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS ( GHC100).

8. PLEASE BEWARE THAT NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT IS NOT SELLING JOBS FOR ONE HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS BUT THE DUTIES OF NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT IS TO SEARCH FOR THE JOB AND CONNECT YOU TO THE EMPLOYER FOR A JOB PLACEMENT INTERVIEW/EMPLOYMENT.

9. NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT CAN ONLY PERSUADE OR CONVINCE THE EMPLOYER TO EMPLOY YOU.

10. THE POSSIBILITY OF YOU GETTING A JOB THROUGH OUR AGENCY IS 95% ASSURED BUT THE 5% DEPENDS ON HOW YOU CAN PROVE YOURSELF COMPETENTLY WHEN NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT FORWARDS YOU FOR THE MAJOR INTERVIEW AT THE COMPANY PREMISES.

11. WHEN YOU REGISTER AT NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT YOU AUTOMATICALLY BECOME OUR CLIENT AND YOU WILL BE FORWARDED FOR VARIOUS INTERVIEWS IF YOU DO NOT GET JOB FOR YOUR FIRST INTERVIEW.

12. IF YOU GET A JOB THROUGH OUR AGENCY, NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT WILL DEDUCT 50% OF YOUR FIRST MONTH NET SALARY FROM SOURCE AND THEN AFTER , THE AGREEMENT ENDS.

13. IF THE AGREEMENT ENDS AND YOU WANT TO CHANGE JOB, THEN YOU NEED TO DO A FRESH REGISTRATION.

14. 100% OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IS REFUNDABLE UPON REQUEST IF NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT SERVICES FAILS TO FORWARD OR UPDATE YOU FOR AN INTERVIEW AFTER 60 WORKING DAYS ONLY, BUT NOT ANY OTHER REASON.

15. NEXT STEP RECRUITMENT SERVICES HAS JOBS SCATTERED WITHIN THE COUNTRY AND NEXT STEP HAS THE RIGHT TO POST YOU TO ANY PLACE.
