For our customer's peace of mind and convenience we require all dancer accounts to be on auto-pay. 

Life is busy! No more late or missed payments and hassling with fees!

Monthly tuition is listed below. Tuition is posted on the 25th  of each month and then billed on the 1st.

Accounts & Fees

Accounts/Billing/Tuition Fees

• All tuition and dance related fees, (registration fee, monthly tuition, costume/performance fees, photos, additional items purchased like studio gear, etc.) will be automatically charged to your account in your Parent Portal on the 25th of each preceding month.

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. and auto-pay will run on the 1st of each month. 

• You are responsible for keeping your method of payment up-to-date in your Parent Portal.

• A $10.00 late fee will be added to tuition if your method of payment is not up-to-date when fees are charged on the 1st of each  month.

• Tuition remains the same regardless of student absences.

Tuition Schedule

• Monthly tuition rates are calculated by the number of hours a student is in class each week.

• Private Lessons are billed at $65-105 per hour based on the teacher you work with.

Registration Fee

•  An annual non-refundable registration fee of $30 per student ($10 for each additional sibling) is due at the time of registration.

• This fee starts over at the beginning of each season (August).

• A student is not considered registered or able to attend class until this fee has been paid.

• Online registration requires full registration information and your acceptance by electronic signature of studio policies and hold harmless agreement.

Tumbling Equipment Fee

• Students taking a tumbling class will be assessed an annual equipment fee of $25.

• Our equipment fee ensures that our tumbling equipment is properly maintained.

• This fee will be charged upon registration.

Pom Fee

• Students taking a Pom or Cheerleading class will be charged a $28.00  fee for their Poms. 

Costume/Performance Fees

• Costumes are charged per class

Costume Payment:

• Costume fees must be paid in full by October 1st

• Costume sizing is done via the Costume Order Form. This must be filled out and signed by the parent/guardian. 

• One costume – per class – will be purchased for the year.

• Dancers who join after October  will receive either the same costume as other dancers in their class-  if available - or we will select  a costume as close as we can obtain if the original is no longer available. 

• Dancers who change classes during the season will be required to purchase a new costume for the new class they are then taking.

Parent Portal

• All active families with a valid email address on file with the studio may access their account details at any time via the Next Step Dance “Parent Portal.”

• First time users  must enter the email address they provided at registration and click on the “I don't know my password’ link. A temporary password will be emailed to you immediately, so you can access the portal. The portal allows you to update contact and student information, update credit card information, register for classes, email us, change your password, etc.

• Online security is very important to us, and we’ve chosen a studio management program that adheres to all the rules of the Card Holder Information Security Program.

• All the information you provide via the Parent Portal is password-protected and encrypted.

• The Parent Portal Login link is/will be located at the top of every page on our website.

Dancer Information in Parent Portal

Dancer information in the portal is used for all printing purposes at the studio. Parents should enter dancer(s) first and last name(s) as you want it listed on all printed items.
