Declared its independence after the barbaric authoritarians took control of the British government, with the aid of the loyalist armies, the Scottish managed to maintain the border, however, they live in full alert as people live in fear of an English invasion. THe country has a pretty high GDP per capita but a small military mostly due to its economy and small population. All males aged 18 are forced to compulsory military service and to hold a firearm at home in the event of a foreign attack.
