Sunday worship will take place both in the church and synchronously on Zoom!
Acts 1:8: "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
"I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some." (1 Corinthians 9:22) is Paul’s famous saying. The church adopts different methods and models to treat the Lord Share the gospel of Jesus' salvation with others. Personal evangelism and life testimony are the most powerful, effective and practical evangelistic work. Life affects life is the most basic challenge for the church. May we work together in evangelism to prosper the gospel, and the Lord will add to us saved people daily.
The church encourages everyone to participate in the annual PCC Retreat which lasts for 3 days. The meaning of the retreat is to temporarily retreat from the busyness of the world, "rest", listen to God’s words, study our spiritual life, and return to the world better in the future as salt and light, evangelism, and establishment of God’s country.
(Matthew 28:19-20) "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
(Matthew 19:14) Jesus said, "let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
The children's thoughts are very simple and they are very receptive. Teach children the word of God, and the truth of God will take root in them, life will be built up, and good character will be cultivated. Such a life is blessed by God. The church organizes summer youth short-term missions in Taiwan each year for two weeks. The purpose is to allow young Christians to enter the society and influence their lives with their lives. In the activities of evangelism, their lives can also grow.
1 Thessalonians 5:18: "Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
During the reflection festival, the church organizes reflection gatherings and testimony evenings. From the beginning of the year to the end of the year, the grace of God is counted.
"The grasslands of the wilderness overflow; the hills are clothed with gladness. The meadows are covered with flocks and the valleys are mantled with grain; they shout for joy and sing." (Psalm 65:12-13)
"Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance.” (Psalm 33:12)
The coming of Christmas always makes people feel warm and hopeful in the cold winter weather.
“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Messiah, the Lord.” (Luke 2:11)
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” (Isaiah 9:6)
Welcome to the annual PCC Christmas celebration party to celebrate the birth of Savior.
Isaiah 53:4-6: "Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all."
Good Friday is a day to commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ for all of us two thousand years ago. Good Friday is also called Good Friday, because Jesus shed his blood on the cross for our sins, so that our sins can be forgiven by God because we believe in Jesus. Therefore, we can be seen as sinless before God, reconciled with God, and suffered from God. blessing. In this special gathering on Good Friday, we mainly have three activities: "reading the Bible, listening to hymns, and silent prayer."
Dahan Xiaohan, eat dumplings for the New Year. Dumplings were originally called "dumpling ears", because the Chinese people commemorated the ancient famous doctor Zhang Zhongjing's opening of the shed medicine. Every year in the cold winter, "Quhan Jiao Er Tang" (mutton, pepper and some cold-removing herbs) were used to protect the poor from the cold and to heal frostbite and frostbitten ears.
When celebrating the Spring Festival in the whole world, we adhere to the Bible's teaching of "Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn." (Romans 12:15), and hold the New Year dumpling party every year. Make dumplings with old and new friends, celebrate the new year, and love the Lord.
"Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;" (John 11:25)
In the Easter egg-picking activity every year, the church has prepared hundreds of colored eggs so that the children will have the opportunity to learn about the resurrection of Drudge and discover the eternal truth of life in the joy of discovering hidden eggs.
Every year on the National Memorial Day long weekend, we will hold barbecue joint activities in nearby parks. Old and new friends, brothers and sisters and young children gather together to enjoy food, entertainment and outing together, and enjoy the creation and abundant supply of God's power.
Psalm 72:5 & 7: "May he endure as long as the sun, as long as the moon, through all generations ... In his days may the righteous flourish and prosperity abound till the moon is no more."
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional Chinese festival with family members reuniting and admiring the moon, also known as the Reunion Festival. The Bible says that Job has seven sons and three daughters; their family is very special, with seven sons taking turns to treat guests from Monday to Saturday. Then when it was his turn to treat, he invited other brothers and sisters to eat at their home, and prayed for the family and neighbors. The family of Job made us feel that brothers and sisters live together in harmony, entertain each other and care about each other. Very beautiful. "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1) Let us share the Mid-Autumn Festival Love Yan with our old and new friends, and sing poetry in front of the bonfire with awe and joy. Admire the moon.
