SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS

1. Filming & Editing Process

In front of the green green with 2 camera angles, you will be asked questions and answer as the expert you are. An impressive office setting or studio image will be added behind you.  Prepare and write the ultimate questions that will lead you to your the perfect answer.

1. Teleprompter Scripting

MAXIMUM 280 WORD SCRIPTS WITH QUESTIONS - 2 minutes max 

Write both questions and answers exactly how you want to say it as well as correct punctuation so when filming there is nothing to distract you and you can focus on delivery and tone.  Attach one word document with the questions and answers no more than 280 words total by 8/19 and email to dan@videomystory.com Please put in subject line your name and the word- news script.

Example questions to revise:

1. Why are you an expert in your field, what are some of your most regarded credentials?

2. What is the value you bring to your audience, what will they take away from your presentation?

3. Why should an meeting planner hire you, how are you different than other speakers?

4. What have meeting planners said about you, what are some of you best testimonies?

5. Any other benefits that your audience or clients will gain from your presentation or coaching, or final comments?

2. Arrival   Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your shoot and be CAMERA READY!!!!  

3. Filming Attire Think about wearing outfits that brand you and compliment your website colors.  Recommended number of outfits for 12 videos = 2-3 outfit changes every 4 videos, only top - no pants or shoe change necessary.  DO NOT WEAR GREEN - because of the green screen anything green will be invisible and you don’t want any invisible body parts.

5. Deliverables   1 edited video file and 2 raw camera angle video files will be ready within 4 weeks or sooner if possible.  You will be provided a Dropbox folder link or WeTransfer link where you can easily download files.  All video files are high resolution mp4 format best for social media and any laptop  presentation or broadcast.

6.
