Capture casual interviews with audience members and event organizers and planners. Then edit the best interview sound bytes together and combine with cut away shots of audience reactions, speaking and other footage.      

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS

1. Filming & Editing Process

Up to 10 paid volunteer professionals dressed business casual, as though attending a huge conference will be present during your 10 minute speaking time slot or watch your edited 10 minute edited video. Immediately after speaking or watching they will be casually interviewed answering questions like these about you:

1. What will you take away from what you just heard?

2. Was the speaker engaging, what did you like about the way they presented?

3. What would you tell someone what you heard from the speaker? 

4. Who else would be a good audience to hear the speaker? 

Meanwhile on a break during the interviews you will be asked interact with all the other attendees in the room.  While interacting, smiling, laughing footage of you will be captured that will be combined with the interviews.   Don't worry there is no sound being captured when you are interacting so you can talk about vacations, passions, holidays and anything that elicits the excitement you want to see in your video.

2. Arrival   You will already be present and have just spoke so you will already be CAMERA READY!!!!  

3. Filming Attire If you can be really fast feel free to change some or all of your attire.  We only will have 5 minutes to capture you interacting with the audience so must change fast.  However it makes the most sense to keep the same outfit on that you spoke in so it appears you were speaking at the same event.  

5. Deliverables  You will be provided 1 edited video file and 2 raw camera video files of both all the footage shot of you interacting with the audience and all the interviews captured with the audience.  Video files will be ready within 4 weeks or sooner if possible.  You will be provided a Dropbox folder link or WeTransfer link where you can easily download files.  All video files are high resolution mp4 format best for social media and any laptop  presentation or broadcast.
