Every thought leader and speaker needs to demonstrate their ability to read the room and deliver a presentation that impacts their audience.  An edited 10 minute keynote video on social media or to send to a meeting planner might be all you need to get booked or make the sale.  

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS

1. Filming Process

It can be tough to get that perfect venue booked on a big stage event to show what you can do.  Thanks to technology and creativity using an empty conference room with 3-4 camera angles and in the editing process the back of a large audience is digitally added.   

2. Arrival  Please plan to present at the start of your group speaking time on 8/21 and stay for the full duration of the 1 hour group time and be CAMERA READY!!!!

3. Filming Attire When speaking on the stage, think about wearing outfits that brand you and compliment your website colors.  Since the conference room and staging will be lite with front and rear lighting any colored outfits will work.  

4. Deliverables  1 edited video file and 4 raw camera angle video files will be ready within 4 weeks or sooner if possible.  You will be provided a Dropbox folder link or WeTransfer link where you can easily download files.  All video files are high resolution mp4 format best for social media and any laptop  presentation or broadcast.

5.
