Request for Volunteers (anyone in the community is welcome to help out!)
WHERE: Drivers and cars meet at St. James Lutheran Church parking lot - 1177 Queen Street, New Dundee. Race Route: Main Street from Saltzberry Path to Mill Street
WHEN: Saturday September 7, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. (racers please arrive ½ hour early for registration).
DRIVERS: Drivers must be 8 years of age on race day and wear a CSA approved safety helmet (Bike/Motorcycle/Snowmobile) when racing.
CLASSES: To be determined on race day.
CARS: For fair racing and safety, all cars must meet specifications, and will be inspected by a licensed mechanic prior to racing.
DISCLAIMER/WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM: Must be completed and returned by Saturday, August 31, 2024. One Form required for each race driver. $40.00 Entry Fee per cart to cover cost of wheels and axles. Entry fee is refunded if wheels & axles returned following race day.
PRIZES: Trophies, Ribbons etc. including Prizes for ‘Best Design’, ‘Fastest Time’ and ‘Best in Show’
