New Beginnings
New Beginnings is the psychology practice of Dr. Lysandra Perez-Strumolo, a NJ licensed psychologist and an EMDR certified therapist (EMDR International Association) providing psychological services to adults, adolescents and children.
Dr. Perez-Strumolo has specialized training in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and symptoms related to grief and trauma, including emotional, physical and/or sexual trauma (single incidents, complex, developmental trauma, and other relationship-related trauma).
Dr. Perez-Strumolo often works with individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships, including chronic conflict, infidelity, challenges in communication, and emotional and/or physical abuse. She offers couples therapy for those interested in improving communication, commitment and enjoyment in their intimate relationships.
Conveniently located at 1501 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ, our office primarily serves residents of Bergen, Morris and Passaic Counties. Both in person and remote therapy services are available.
