A recently created encyclopedia on Miraheze (neutral.miraheze.org), with a list of all current articles.
The Diksionar Grand de Idiom Neutral — an ambitious project to (1) expand the dictionary with examples of (historical) usage and (2) include (new) words found in the 1906 supplement, the letters of Rosenberger, and the journal Progres. The aim is also to provide better and more accurate translations based on all three official dictionaries (English, German and Dutch).
