I believe mentoring and teaching are exceptionally important in the scientific field, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have incredible mentors, providing substantial support along my career path. Similarly, I would like to pass down what I learned from them and inspire others with core scientific values - curiosity, perseverance, integrity and open-mindedness - to pursue their scientific research and academic career. I believe we are all learning from each other as we go.
