Neuro Aid is a student-led community service organization dedicated to raising awareness, supporting individuals and families affected by neurological disorders, and empowering the next generation of neuroscience advocates, with a special focus on epilepsy.

Through education, advocacy, research, community outreach, and fundraising, we work to turn awareness into meaningful action. Our initiatives include hosting epilepsy awareness sessions, organizing fundraisers, creating and delivering care packages to Epilepsy Monitoring Units (EMUs) and to children in hospitals, and producing documentaries that amplify real experiences and voices of people affected by neurological disorders.

Beyond community service, Neuro Aid creates opportunities for students to engage directly with neuroscience. We organize student research cohorts led by PhD-level researchers, providing students with hands-on exposure to research and scientific inquiry. We also coordinate poster and oral presentations with local universities, giving students opportunities to share their work and contribute to conversations surrounding neurological health.

At Neuro Aid, we believe real change starts with education, empathy, and action. We bring together students, researchers, healthcare professionals, and advocates to understand the realities of epilepsy better, support those affected, and inspire the next generation to push neurological research forward in the search for better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
