What is Neuro Aid?
What is Neuro Aid?
We’re a student-led initiative focused on spreading awareness and supporting those affected by epilepsy. Our projects include community outreach, fundraising for the Epilepsy Foundation, and educational efforts that bring together science, empathy, and action. Together, we’re working toward a future where epilepsy is better understood, support is accessible, and stigma no longer stands in the way of awareness or hope.
At Neuro Aid, we’re dedicated to shining a light on the impact of epilepsy and the lasting mark it leaves on individuals and communities. Through education, advocacy, and fundraising, we work to drive progress toward a cure while empowering students and volunteers to make a real difference in the fight against epilepsy.
We’re incredibly honored to be featured by the Epilepsy Foundation of America for our partnership in raising awareness and support for epilepsy research, treatment, and education. This collaboration means a great deal to our team and together with the Foundation, we’re committed to driving understanding, compassion, and progress for those living with epilepsy and their families.
Neuro Aid’s Winter Independent Research Sessions are a 4-week guided experience for students interested in neuroscience, brain health, and epilepsy research.
You’ll work independently or in small groups, learn to design research, and present your findings at the final showcase.
