We are a team of student leaders, volunteers, and young researchers united by curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the neurological health community.

Founded and led by students, Neuro Aid brings together individuals who are passionate about neuroscience, medicine, advocacy, and service. Through community outreach, educational initiatives, fundraising, research opportunities, and digital engagement, we work to make neurological health information more accessible while supporting individuals and families affected by neurological disorders.

What began as a small student initiative has grown into a broader community of students working together to educate, advocate, serve, and create opportunities for others to engage with neuroscience.

Neuro Aid was inspired by the experience of someone close to our team living with epilepsy. Learning about the challenges faced by individuals and families affected by epilepsy, and the continued need for better treatments and a cure, motivated us to turn awareness into action.

We began by supporting the Epilepsy Foundation through fundraising and awareness efforts. Since then, our work has expanded to include community education, hospital outreach, care-package donations, documentaries, student research opportunities, and collaborations with researchers and universities.

We believe that every student can create meaningful change, whether through research, education, advocacy, or simply helping someone feel understood.

To educate, advocate, and serve the neurological health community by providing accessible, accurate, and evidence-based information while creating meaningful opportunities for students to engage in neuroscience, research, and community service.

A world where individuals affected by neurological disorders are understood, supported, and empowered; where stigma is replaced by awareness; and where student-led advocacy, research, and education help drive progress toward better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
