These interactions are designed to be private, trust-based, and limited in scope, involving only users within My Top Network.

2. Who Can See Your Requests

• Requests, business ideas, and questions are shared only with the selected Top Networker.
  
  

• They are not public, searchable, or visible to other users.
  
  

• Only the recipient can view and respond to the request.
  
  

3. Responses Are Not Guaranteed

• Responses from Top Networkers are not guaranteed.
  
  

• The recipient may choose to:

  • Not respond at all
    
    

Netfluens does not influence or enforce responses.

4. One-Way Communication

• Communication is one-directional within Netfluens.
  
  

• Once a request is sent:
  
  

  • The sender cannot reply within the app.
    
    

  • The recipient may respond multiple times.
    
    

• Any further communication, if accepted, occurs outside Netfluens using shared contact details.
  
  

5. Contact Information Sharing

• Contact details (email or phone number) are shared only if the recipient chooses to attach the details to the response.
  
  

• Sharing contact details is voluntary.
  
  

• Netfluens does not store, monitor, or control communications that occur outside the platform.
  
  

6. Data Storage & Retention

• Requests are stored securely within Netfluens for record and moderation purposes.
  
  

• Netfluens may retain:
  
  

  • Request type
    
    

  • Date sent
    
    

  • Status (Awaiting response, Responded)
    
    

• Content may be removed if it violates Community Guidelines.
  
  

7. Privacy Responsibilities

By using these features, users agree to:

8. No Platform Mediation

Netfluens:

All external communication is the responsibility of the users involved.

9. Misuse & Enforcement

Misuse of these features, including spam, harassment, or misrepresentation, may result in:

• Account suspension or banning
  
  

• Other actions as outlined in the Community Guidelines
