1. Account Deletion or Deactivation

How to Delete or Deactivate Your Account

1. Log into the Netfluens app.
   
   

2. Go to Settings on your Profile page.
   
   

3. Select “Manage Account”.
   
   

4. Choose either “Delete Your Account” or “Deactivate Account.”
   
   

2. Account Deletion

When you choose Delete Your Account:

What Will Be Deleted

• Your account and all personal information will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
  
  

• All your Posts and Moments will be permanently deleted.
  
  

Grace Period Cancellation

If you change your mind within the 30-day deletion window:

• Click the Cancel option displayed under the “Delete Your Account” section.
  
  

• Your account will be restored, and no data will be removed.
  
  

3. Account Deactivation

When you choose Deactivate Account:

What Happens When Your Account Is Deactivated

• Your account is immediately deactivated.
  
  

• Your Posts and Moments will remain visible to the public.
  
  

• Your profile will not appear in searches or user interactions.
  
  

Reactivating Your Account

• Log in with your existing credentials.
  
  

• Reactivation will restore your account instantly.
  
  

4. Data Deletion (Without Deleting Your Account)

If you want to delete only your content and keep your account:

1. Log into the app.
   
   

2. Go to Settings on your Profile page.
   
   

3. Select “Manage Account.”
   
   

4. Choose “Delete Data.”
   
   

What Will Be Deleted

• Your Posts and Moments will be permanently removed.
  
  

• Your account and personal information will remain active.
