The Nebraska 4-H Shooting Sports Ambassadors Program is dedicated to leadership development in Nebraska 4-H Shooting Sports participants. Through an annual seminar ambassadors will learn life skills, public speaking and communication, as well as quality leadership traits that can be applied to a member’s 4-H project and their student careers. The program will strive to produce quality leaders that will assist in the betterment of the Nebraska 4-H Shooting Sports Program throughout their 4-H career.

The Nebraska 4-H Shooting Sports Ambassador Training is a three day seminar held annually at various locations throughout Nebraska. The seminar focuses on leadership development including skills such as public speaking and 4-H program marketing as well as experiences in all six 4-H Shooting Sports disciplines. Selected individuals attend the seminar at no cost to the participant courtesy of the Nebraska 4-H Shooting Sports program and our generous sponsors.
