Option 1:

A block of rooms has been set aside at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Leominster, MA. The DoubleTree is 3.7 miles from Fitchburg State's campus. Please click the previous link to book a room using our group rate. Housing must be reserved by May 7th.

Option 2:

Dorm rooms are also available on Fitchburg State's campus. The rooms are $64 for single occupancy and $58 (per person) for double occupancy. The dorms are in Mara 8, which is just a 3-minute walk from the main meeting rooms. Mara 8 contains air-conditioned suites with two single user shared bathrooms per suite. See below for representative pictures of the accommodations in Mara 8. If you have a preferred roommate for double occupancy, please let us know when you register. If not, we'll assign you a roommate for the night. You can check in for on-campus housing at the registration desk in the Antonucci Science Complex between 2pm and 4pm, and you can drop the keys off in the lobby near the main entrance of Mara 8 on Saturday morning between 8am and 10am. [Note: there will be construction in the dorm next door during the day.] Housing must be reserved by May 7th.

Fitchburg Commuter Train Station is located at 144 Main st, which is 0.7 miles from the conference buildings
