Disarmament and International Security

Hi everyone, my name is Aditi and I'm the chair of the Disarmament and International Security Committee. I'm currently in VG3 and in my final year of the IBDP at Nesbru. I've been participating in MUN and MEP since VG1 as a delegate, chair and ambassador at 10 different conferences at both national and international levels. NESMUN 2024 will be my 3rd conference as a chair, and I'm looking forward to working with all of you and hope to produce an all - encompassing resolution on one of the most pressing conflicts in today's world. Hello, my name is Sebastian Hodne, and I’m
currently in 2IB. I am excited to serve as Co-Chair for the DISEC committee. I have been involved in MUN since late 2023 and have participated in four conferences, including The Hague International Model United Nations, where I represented Türkiye,
and Norway Model United Nations, where I served as the delegate for the United Kingdom in the Security Council.

I’m expecting good debate around our
committee’s highly relevant and challenging topic. Just remember to prepare well to make the most out of the conference! With that I look forward to meeting all the delegates of the committee.
