In this course, students will gain experience in indirect leadership, problem-solving techniques, effective writing, speaking, and group dynamics. By passing this course, you become eligible to receive the Eaker Award and gain fundamental officership skills.

C/MSgt or above
Encampment credit
Completion of Cadet Protection Training (for cadets 18+)

In order to graduate, you MUST attend at least 80% of all class times, actively participate and obtain an average overall grade of 80% on assignments, capstone project and activities.
UOD: ABUs, USAF Blues Uniform and Polo shirt (we will send one to you; if needed a plain polo can be worn too), nice pants or skirt(if female), tan or black. Please no jeans, sweatpants, yoga pants, pajamas or leggings.
