MY PROFILE

I have an extraordinary career and life path behind me, which has witnessed both tides and ebbs.

I am a person who has studied, worked, lived and strived very hard and “hard” over the past years for freedom, academic achievement, career success and happy life. There is a long long story about my efforts to realize my plan.

I have been one of the busiest guys in the world over the last years, chasing after my 7 languages (Latin, Greek, Hebrew, Fr, De, Ru, and your English of course), taking care of my parents – the greatest father and mother in the human history ever since human was evolved from monkeys millions of years ago in Africa, researching and studying science to advance myself onto top 50 best scholars of the world, trying the hardest to earn a little money for the survival in China and finally running all over the mountains in cities ofmy dwelling to become one of the healthiest guys in the city. The story has not yet ended and more are to come in this site...

I have sacrificed my own future for others, so that now I am myself in crisis.

Although I have been met with tremendous challenges, difficulties, and troubles over the last decade or so, yet I never give up and continue to survive in the world.

I come from a humble family in a small rural town of Zhejiang province, China. But I was able to go to one of the most prestigious universities (top20) in China, and after graduation I was able to work at some of the best organizations, institutions and corporations of the world, acquired six or seven foreign languages, developed a solar industrial web portal called www.solaires.com which won popularity in the industry worldwide and was valued at US$ 15 mio by a British investor, acquired wide spectrum of knowledge and experience of power, energy, IT and Internet, aviation and other industries. I was once considered among some of the most privileged people with bright future. I have tried very hard in many fields and with various degrees of success. As a result, I have gained sufficient opportunities towards personal success, whether academic, entrepreneurial or political.

I hold a master of engineering degree in thermal science from Tongji Univ, Shanghai and was admitted into PhD programs of several well-known universities in the US, UK, Germany, France and Canada (such Univ. Glasgow, Univ Paris VII etc.).

Afterwards I have worked at major multinational corporations mainly from Germany, France and the U.S. (such as Siemens Heimann, Deutsche Babcock, GE/Alstom etc) as well as several local companies in various functions.

And since 2000 I have been doing my own businesses and undertaking my own studies and researches in various topics. I've been working as a freelancer, an independent entrepreneur over the last 20 years, and I have always been providing my services remotely over the Internet to my clients, many of them are big names such as Bayer, BPSolar, Saint Gobaint, Mannesmann, Braun, Vorwerk, JP Morgan etc. I own the necessary skill sets to deliver my services, such as superb IT and web skills, superior language skills, reliability, punctuality and professionalism.

As a long-time experienced consultant, engineer and senior manager, I have acquired rich knowledge and expertise in a variety of areas: senior management, procurement (worth hundreds of millions of US Dollars), marketing (with a market value of dozens of billions of US Dollars), quality management, design and engineering, trading, public administration etc, in multinational corporations, in engineering firms, in design institute, and in government authorities of China, ranging from the conventional power, hydropower, nuclear power, solar and other renewable energies, electronics industry, certification and quality accreditation, IT, and several others. Obviously my career path was painted with buntful colors and success.

Regardless of the hardship over the past years, and considering the fact that I am approaching 60, I am still able to maintain my optimistic view and enjoy my life.  I am still looking very young – from my outer appearance I am like a graduate student with even younger mentality.  People say I look like a shining boy and seem to never have met with troubles at all in my life. Surprising?

I have never stopped learning a single day even at time of heavy workload and as a result my knowledge base is being expanding day by day. For example, my language skill is still improving: while at the age of 20 I was already in good command of English, German, Russian and French, I am still venturing into new culture which added new languages - Greek, Latin and Hebrew to my skill list.

For my spare time I am doing researches of varying topics ranging from thermodynamics, solar physics, solar radiation, cryptography and mathematics to integrated circuits of various types.

Out of my vast pools of expertise, you can always find out the ones you would love to have and pick them up as meeting your requirements, regardless whatever the nature of your organization may be and whatever talents you are hunting for, with my experiences and knowledge, my superb ability to learn and to adopt to new tasks and environment, my hard yet effective and efficient working style (there are people working hard for nothing), as well as my joyful personality. Thus saying, it does not mean that I am omnipotent: I do have certain focuses at different period of time. At the moment these three elements: chip technology (not French fried potato chips but computer chips or in other words VLSI) and a bit languages (I’ve to care for my eight or so languages such as English, German, French, Russian, Greek, Esperanto, Latin and Hebrew in their order of proficiency).

My career path tells me there is nothing out of my capacity if I really try hard. Hardworking, ability to learn almost anything, flexibility to adopt to any environment and endurance of the harshest conditions – all these combined can overcome any challenges ahead of me.

My Dreams

It is simply unbelievable and remarkable that I am making so many dreams where some of the most best known people are appearing in my dreams.

Since the death of my father in November 2006, I dream of him at least every week.

Then afterwards, since June 2007, I have been dreaming of scientific, business and political leaders of the world very often, such as Bill Gates, Hu Jingtao (China’s President), Wen Jiabao (Chinese Premiere), British Queen, British Prime Minister and others… In fact, I never think of any political leaders, or businessmen during the day, because they are not of my favored people. On contrary these are the people I very much dislike, or even hate to extremity, because they are the great criminals to the nations and the people and to GOD as well. They are liars, evil-doers, cheaters and all kinds of criminals (without these personalities they cannot climb to the hierarchy of the political machines and amass huge wealth - behind every huge wealth there is a great crime as Belzac once put it – therefore I never favor any of them, particularly those of China). Of course I am dreaming of becoming a great scientist – however, I very seldom make such dream – only once with Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein.

I’ve also seen Jesus Christ once in my dream around September 2009.

Due to so many repetitive dreams, I have to decide to make some records of the important ones. The following are the dream records since September 2007, where there was an (8 months) interruption between end December 2007 and August 2008, not meaning that there were no similar dreams during this time period, just because I didn't’t want to follow the recording because they were too many. Dreams with presence of my father were dropped because there are simply too many, as with those of my mother.

All dreams occurred at nights except mentioned otherwise.

I have inquired by several people about the meaning of my dreams, but none can give me satisfactory answers. Some suggest that GOD calls me to get out of the seclusion and join the Hu government, or at least make my own business or whatever enterprises to serve the nation or the world. Many consider me a great talent and treasure to the nation and therefore shall not live here far away from the boisterous society alone. Some say these dreams have no meanings, and still others consider them as some kind of commands from GOD but not exactly what they are.

Finally, I have found out that the chance will be very high of dreaming of high profile people when my stomach is stuffed withtoo much food in that evening.

However, my altitude is to wait for further instructions from the GOD.

我的过去有着非同寻常的职业和生活道路，见证了潮起潮落。

我来自中国浙江省一个农村小镇的一个卑微家庭。但是我能够去中国最负盛名的大学之一（排名前20位），毕业后我能够在世界上一些最好的组织，机构和公司工作，学会六到七种外语，发展了太阳能工业门户网站www.solaires.com并在全球太阳能行业中广受欢迎，并被一位英国投资者估值为一千五百万美元，获得了有关电力，能源，IT和互联网，航空及其他行业的广泛知识和经验。。我曾经被认为是前途光明的人之一。我在许多领域都做了非常努力的尝试，并取得了不同程度的成功。

本人有丰富的工作经验，包括国家机关（机械部），跨国公司（西门子，阿尔斯通，巴高克，莱茵技术），国内企业（广东核电，广东电力等），横跨电力设备制造和电厂（火电，核电，水电），太阳能，分别从事行业管理，设计，质量管理，采购，市场营销等职务。

本人过去从事过多种业务， 包括国际商务，市场营销，质量管理，采购和供应链管理，外语翻译以及网站软件数据库多媒体网络通信等IT技术相关的本地化与全球化，芯片设计,主要是射频芯片特别是调制解调器芯片的设计，IT技术包括 网络搜索和数据挖掘,程序开发,网络安全攻防技术等，以及一般的管理技术等。

涉及许多领域，例如：太阳能，公务航空，游艇，热力技术，电力设备贸易，流体技术，纳米技术，数学和外语补习，质量认证咨询，互联网网络安全，网络营销，海外置业咨询，留学移民咨询等不一而足。

目前的重点是外语翻译以及网站软件数据库多媒体网络通信等IT技术相关的本地化与全球化，芯片设计,主要是射频芯片特别是调制解调器芯片的设计。

创业阶段

在这段期间，为自己的业务独立开发了数百个网站，多数是英文。其中一个曾经在国际太阳能行业非常著名。

业务主要在热能与发电设备的网络商务。主要从事常规电力技术，信息及IT咨询服务，提供了各种业务， 包括采购， 市场分析和报告， 并开展太阳能和其它可再生能源技术的咨询，市场信息及研究。

其他的咨询业务包括公务机市场，游艇市场，IT与信息技术服务与咨询，以及翻译，本地化与国际化服务

工作期间

我的职业横跨多个行业，担任多种职务和扮演多种角色-政府，管理，设计与工程，质量管理与保证及认证，采购，市场，咨询等。 但总的来说多数时间在电力行业就职。曾参与多个国家重大项目的实施，加盟跨国公司在中国的业务网络，促进中国的技术引进和管理水平的提升。

1997 – 2000 全球采购经理，德国巴高克公司北京办事处
为巴高克公司全球（德国，印度，土耳其等）电厂锅炉项目(300 – 700 MW)从中国采购锅炉系统与部件（例如汽包，钢结构，管道，电器和电气，磨煤机，风机，除尘机，灰渣系统等）。采购金额达1.6亿美元以上。

1995 – 1997 电力/造船/其它行业，市场开拓，电力工程师， 法国阿尔斯通公司上海办事处 （上海）
负责阿尔斯通公司电力，造船和工业部门在华东地区的市场，技术与售后支持，负责协调阿尔斯通公司与上海汽轮机厂，上海锅炉厂等的技术和生产合作。为阿尔斯通公司开拓新的市场提供前期服务。负责的市场规模超过130亿美元。与公司在法国和世界各地的技术和市场人员协调

1992 – 1995 光电业，质量保证，部门经理， 西门子-海曼光电有限（深圳）公司 （深圳）
全面负责西门子-海曼光电公司在深圳工厂质量部的管理，产品标准与质量体系的建立和实施及与公司在新加坡和德国机构的协调。成功地维持公司在光电行业的领导地位，维持和降低产品的废品率。

1990 – 1992 核电业，质量保证，工程师， 广东核电合营有限公司 （深圳大亚湾）
参与大亚湾核电站施工，安装和调试期间的质量保证，特别是核岛一回路，常规岛汽轮机，发电机，汽水分离器和冷凝器的安装和调试质量保证。发现发电机安装过程中的重大质量问题，并报告给工程和质量各部。

信息网络技术

本人自1998年投入IT行业，先后从事网站设计，程序开发，数据库设计和维护，服务器，网络多媒体，网络通信，WAP，密码学与网络安全，软件逆向工程，网络搜索及爬虫技术，等几乎所有网络和IT技术。目前侧重于芯片设计。

学术研究

本人也进行过许多研究工作，包括太阳辐射，太阳物理，太阳能，热力学，流体力学，计算数学，泛函分析，数论，密码学，网络安全隐私， 芯片设计相关的图论最优化理论研究，新一代芯片技术的研究 （几十种潜在的新一代芯片技术），主要是超导量子芯片技术的研究以及芯片设计（以modem为主）技术和算法。从2003年至今，总共撰写了（主要是英文，部分中文，德文）200多部学习笔记共计40 000 多页的内容。

上述研究只是业余爱好，不公开自己的研究成果。

语言能力

本人通英，德，法，俄语，略懂希腊语，拉丁语和希伯来语。英语达到母语书写水平。
本人虽然不是外语专业毕业，但语言水平超过多数外语学校的毕业的人士。本人20岁就学了五门外语（英，德，法，俄，世界语）， 后来一直没有间断，加上在跨国公司多年的工作，外语水平在国内属于佼佼者。

本人1991年就考取雅思（IELTS），是中国地区最早一批考雅思的人之一（当时我在深圳大亚湾核电站工作，而且当时雅思只有英国大使馆一个考点，所以直接飞到英国驻北京大使馆，由英国使馆官员直接面试和监考 – 当时考试是为了申请牛津剑桥等英国名校），在没有任何准备的情况下，就考得总分7分，其中听力为9分，并获得了英国格拉斯哥大学的博士录取通知书。同时还获得法国，德国和加拿大几个大学博士资格。因为私人原因未前往入学。托福考试二次，都在600分以上。在同济大学专门学一年德语，而且毕业后在德国公司工作多年，并去德国考察一段时期，因此德语水平同样很好。本人热衷于德语，德国文学和德国文化，而且是德国语言协会（VDS）中国地区的负责人。 但因为翻译不是本人的事业取向，所以没有考相关证书，例如专业八级证书，CATTI证书等。不过以我目前的水平，远远超过这些证书相应的要求。不过，由于本人咽喉问题，说话太多就咽喉发痛，所以无法进行口译。

在过往的学习，研究，工作和业务活动中，翻译了上百万字的英文德文法文，双向翻译，且本人特长是中文翻译成外文。在最近十几年的研究中，以英文和德文撰写了几百本多大数万页的研究笔记，涉及热力学，流体力学，太阳物理学，密码学，数论， 图论，IT和网络安全，芯片设计，以及量子芯片和其它新一代芯片技术等许多领域。本人的英文写作水平甚至优于说英语国家的普通公民，可以直接以英语和德语写作和思考，无需借助母语中文。早在10年前，我的英国朋友就对我的英文水平非常欣赏，称“如今在互联网时代很难找到写的如此漂亮的英文了”。（英文：Thank you for your beautifully written email (a rare treat in these days of hurriedly written communications!) re the Real Estate China Monthly Reports，Caroline Chapple，Editor，Reita.org，2010年5月27日）。

语言服务

以前在德，美，法等国公司工作期间，除了作为工程师的职务以外，兼为这些公司的同事和客户等进行大量的口译和笔译。近十几年，本人独立进行各种行业各种模式的技术和商务咨询，积累了一些经验。我也曾经提供过翻译服务，包括英语，德语和法语翻译。翻译数量高达数十万之上百万字。 不仅翻译纯文本内容，也进行软件的汉化和国际化，网站翻译，数据库，多媒体资料翻译。后者是我的特点和强项，因为许多翻译不熟悉网络和电脑技术，而我很熟悉电脑，程序开发，数据库设计等基本都会。

我也熟悉主要的翻译软件，工具和平台。

翻译的领域主要在能源，电力，机械，电子，半导体，工程，法律等行业。

另外， 我也专长 各种证件的翻译， 为准备留学移民和海外商务的人士提供辅助服务。

当然， 由于本人的学历资历和语言水平远远超过普通翻译， 翻译质量远远高于普通译员，因此价格也会高于平均水平。 但相信这样的付出是值得的， 因为一份质量低劣的译件会大大损害相关人员申请留学移民和商务活动的形象和成功率， 并且与留学移民等所需要的费用相比， 翻译费用实在少到可忽略不计。

后记：

上述远非本人全部经历。作为过去的社会精英，如今得靠码字维持生活，其中心酸只有自己知晓，其中的经历可以写一部厚厚的传记。语言和翻译是本人能力当中最微不足道的部分，然而，如今的世道已没有我等立足之地和用武之地，只得以卖字为生，何等悲哀！

一个人的生涯受到社会，家庭，环境的种种影响。如果生活在一个正常社会，想必如今的我可能成为对社会进步作出巨大贡献的人。可是生不逢时，当社会的价值观扭曲以后，我的命运就已经确定。我的价值观和理想，我为了他人的利益而做出的巨大牺牲，导致我今天身陷囹圄。不仅如此，还发生了巨大的悲剧，令我人生彻底塌陷。

我的职业道路告诉我，如果我真的努力的话，我将无所不能。 勤奋，学习几乎任何东西的能力，适应任何环境的灵活性以及在最恶劣条件下的承受力–所有这些结合起来可以克服我面临的任何挑战。

我现在正处于职业生涯的最佳时期。 与同龄人不同，我在身体和心理上都年轻了15至20岁。 而且我仍然感觉，学习，工作，生活，甚至看起来像是研究生或博士学位的学生，因此根本不要以为我是中年人。
