How much does shipping cost?

Orders are primarily shipped via courier services (by road) or through local delivery services.
Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned on your invoice.
If you require faster delivery, we also offer air courier services at applicable posted rates.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders generally arrive within 2–7 business days depending on the shipping destination.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (on business days).
If there is a delay beyond 2 business days, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you.

What time do I need to submit my order?

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be dispatched the same day (business days).
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number.
You can also log into your account anytime to check the status of your shipment.

Do you ship outside of India?

No, currently Neo Fasteners ships only within India.

Will you ship via a local delivery service?

Yes!
We can arrange shipping through local delivery services like Dunzo, Rapido, Lalamove, Porter, and others.
You may book the service yourself or request us to arrange it on your behalf.
If arranged by Neo Fasteners, applicable delivery charges will be added to your invoice.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy — Neo Fasteners

Return Window

You may return new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), Neo Fasteners will cover the return shipping costs.
  
  

• If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., order cancellation, customer preference), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  
  

How to initiate a return?

• Log into your account.
  
  

• Go to the "My Orders" section.
  
  

• Select the order and click "Return Item(s)".
  
  

• Follow the on-screen instructions.
  
  

Once we receive and process your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund status.

Refund Timeline

You can expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks from the day you hand the item over to the return shipper.
Typically, refunds are processed much faster, but the maximum timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for the item to reach us
  
  

• 3–5 business days for us to inspect and approve the return
  
  

• 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
  
  

Note: Refunds are issued only for approved returns by Neo Fasteners.
