County Action Teams

We have come together to support, retain, and grow our workforce by addressing their need for homes.

Structure

Our collaborative has chosen to approach the issue of housing shortages using the Strategic Doing framework. Each of the four counties participating in this collaborative has one to two teams. Each team has one table guide leader, one knowledge keeper (notetaker), and four to six other team members. The team leader's job is to facilitate team meetings, coordinate with other teams in their county, and connect with other table guide leaders at the core action team meetings.
