My inspiration to become a teacher comes from people who have taught me excellently and motivated me to pursue research, and I wish to share that knowledge with others. My teaching experience started with taking lectures as a Ph.D. student. Teaching undergraduate students and helping them with their questions provided me immense pleasure and satisfaction. Over the years, I have mentored several undergraduate and graduate students, and realized the importance of teacher's role in shaping young minds.

Looking back, I realize that my penchant for a particular subject is closely related to the way I was taught in classroom.  According to me, teaching not only means delivering lectures on a subject but also nurturing the future of young generation by effective communication; thus helping them build concepts and gain confidence. At the end of a successful teaching, students should be able to enjoy the classroom sessions, be active in asking questions and be independent in solving problems.

My benchmarks as a teacher would be to make students capable of communicating in scientific language, develop creative and logical thinking, and imply their knowledge to solve complex problems.
