Summary: RICE-N is global integrated assessment model (IAM) which uses multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) to capture the inter-agent dynamics of climate negotiation. Over the course of two days we will dive into IAMS, key concepts of MARL, the nuts and bolts of RICE-N, and the current state of RICE-N research. In a series of hands on sessions we will ideate and implement novel negotiation protocols in RICE-N.
