Heathers The Musical: Teen Edition is the story of Veronica Sawyer, a brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who hustles her way into the most powerful and ruthless clique at Westerberg High: the Heathers. But before she can get comfortable atop the high school food chain, Veronica falls in love with the dangerously handsome new kid J.D. When Heather Chandler, the Almighty, kicks her out of the group, Veronica decides to bite the bullet and kiss Heather’s aerobicized butt, but J.D. has another plan for that bullet.

Auditions will be June 13th & 14th from 3:00-6:00 in the Needham High School Auditorium. Students will be asked to come to either day, which we will confirm the week prior to auditions. Students do not need to prepare anything for auditions. We will send out materials a few days prior, but we will also learn and practice them as a group during the audition. All who register will be cast.

Callbacks will be Saturday, June 15th 3:00-6:00. 

Rehearsals will 6-9pm Monday-Friday from auditions until the shows, excluding holidays. Dress rehearsals preceding the show will go 5-10pm, and the shows will be 8/2 and 8/3. There is also one mandatory rehearsal on Saturday, July 27th. 

NST has a tradition of marching in the Needham 4th of July Parade, and members of the cast, crew, and staff will walk together to represent NST.
