A selection of mindfulness audio exercises put together by Dr Mason which you might find helpful. These consist of mp3 files each with a title that should be self-explanatory. You do not need any previous experience with mindfulness as each exercise explains what you need to do. They vary in length from 40 minutes to just 3 minutes to fit into your daily life. The longer ones are best undertaken either on your own or in small groups with minimal disturbance or interruptions. Try the “Body Scan” exercise first as this will give you an idea how mindfulness works. The shorter ones often work well when you are at work to provide a “top up” during the day e.g. the “three minute breathing space. https://bit.ly/NDAMindfulness
