Bereavement Support

Bereavement, grief and loss affect us as individuals in different ways at different times and can result in powerful feelings at unexpected moments. Finding ways to cope with grief is never easy but current social distancing restrictions can create additional difficulties. Talking to people for advice on practical matters, to ask for support or to share memories and reminesce can be really helpful.

If you are experiencing grief please don't feel alone talk to someone; a friend, family member, colleague, listening ear or a support line.

Cruse Bereavement Care - https://www.cruse.org.uk

The Cruse Bereavement Care Freephone National Helpline is staffed by trained bereavement volunteers, who offer emotional support to anyone affected by bereavement. 0808 808 1677​ Monday-Friday 9.30-5pm (excluding bank holidays), with extended hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, when we’re open until 8pm.
