Navigate to http://live.ndm.edu
The university provides initial login credentials once you join Notre Dame. The email account does require you to change the password once every 90 days. If you require a new password, then you can visit the Student Portal to reset your password.
Login to your e-mail account as described above
Click Contacts in the lower left-hand corner
Click new
Enter in your first and last name as well as the alternate email address you want to use.
Click save and close
Click options (located top right of the screen)
Select organize email then inbox rules
Click new
A box will appear on the screen
Select apply to all messages under the first drop-down
Select Redirect the message to… under the second box
Click select one
Your global address list will appear on the screen
Select contacts in the left pane (located under My Contacts)
Find and double-click your name in the list.
Click OK
You will be taken to the previous screen
Click save
You will be back to the original window where your new Inbox Rule will appear.
Any changes or new Inbox Rules could take up to a few hours to take effect.
