Instruction of using tisseel frozen

1. Surgeon announce to take 4ml/ 10ml tisseel frozen

2. Get the key of the desired freezer. Key 15 for panasonic freezer. Key 10 for helmer freezer.

3. Record the specialty, QTY taken in the record book of desired tisseel frozen.

4. Return freezer key to holding key box. 

5. Get the blue tray of temperature gun with the defrost guide to the theatre.

6. Defrost the tisseel frozen syringe as instructed in the defrost guide, NOTE: need time to defrost.  4ml : 5 minutes. 10 ml 20 minutes.
