Buyer - Someone who wishes to purchase at least one NDCHS uniform piece from the Used Uniform inventory
Consignment Rate - The rate at which the amount of a Consigner’s uniform pieces is sold is set to go to the consigner. The current Consignment Rate is 50%.
Consigner - Someone who has at least one NDCHS Uniform Piece to recycle and wishes to receive cheque(s) from sold uniform pieces.
Damage - Damage to uniforms can include but are not limited to stains (permanent or temporary), broken zippers, missing buttons, rips, loose threads.
School - Notre Dame Catholic High School (NDCHS) in Carleton Place that benefits from the profits of the sale of NDCHS Used Uniform

Used Uniform Team/Coordinator - The adult volunteer(s) designated to
Organize and manage the Used Uniform Inventory
Organize and manage the Used Uniform Sale events.
Manage and Report to the School Council on proceeds from Used Uniform Sales
Used Uniform Inventory - All the uniform pieces that have been donated or consigned to the school to sell and the list to track each piece.
Used Uniform Sale - Events throughout the year where donated or consigned used uniform pieces are sold.
Used Uniform Volunteer - A student (who gets signed volunteer hours) or parent/guardian of a student at the school who volunteers their time in any aspect of selling Used Uniform Pieces.
