Lunch: Menu - Boxed Lunches (chicken teriyaki hot lunch, bottled water by Sandy Wilson) @hotel (tentatively between 12:45-1:30PM). Make this window to avoid being hungry.
Dinner: Menu - Taco Bar (@ Job Site Supply). Dinner will be served at Job Site Supply in their warehouse (near Lucas Oil Stadium) starting at 5PM. Walk over with your entire small group, including your Core Team member/chaperone.

Sunday
Breakfast: Breakfast will be Grab and Go (Hotel Snack Room). Departure from J.W.: Buses leave the J.W. at 8:20 to get back to St. Jude around 8:45. This will allow us to miss the mass traffic on Sunday. Pick up will be in the lot next to the Youth Center/pavilion.
We ask that each family to provide either a prepackaged breakfast food, or a snack item which will be stored in our parish snack room. Youth will have the opportunity to grab breakfast to go Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning.
We are asking parents to pool together to provide snacks and on-the-go breakfast items for NCYC. Please bring 8-10 items within your category to the St. Jude Family Youth Center on Sunday, November 12 before or after Mass. Otherwise, you can also drop the snacks off Sunday evening before or after High School Night (in the Youth Center).
These items will need to be grab and go. No large bags of chips, pringles, popcorn, etc. Individual bags work best. Please be mindful of nut allergies, so No Nuts PLEASE.

JW Marriott Drop-off Location: Most food deliveries will be made the JW Marriott. Here is a map of the location for drop off.
From NFCYM Team: We alerted group leaders in September that concessions in the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium are cashless. For students who do not have a credit or debit car, or electronic payment, ther ei s machine next to 500 Ballroom that will put cash onto a card that can be used at the stands. Sodexo will not refund any value remaining on the card at the end of the conference.
