The C&CC officer board is always looking for dedicated individuals interested in having a hands-on experience with volunteering at a large-scale event, such as a convention. The application period for the C&CC 2026 Mini-Con Volunteers team opens January 15.
Volunteers will assist club officers and other staff throughout the day of the C&CC Mini-Con with various tasks. These may include traffic control, general observation of rooms, badge-checking, running the admissions desk, etc. These tasks will be extrapolated in future volunteer emails and meetings to ensure all volunteers are on the same page. However, they will not be taxing, nor require an unnecessary amount of effort.

Requirements
All volunteers must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by C&CC and NC State University. These are in place to protect everyone involved by providing safe guidelines.
Minimum of 3 hours spent volunteering
Shifts can be broken up any way the volunteer wishes. Ex: Volunteer for one hour, take a break, volunteer for two more hours, etc.
Attendance of at least one C&CC Mini-Con virtual volunteers meeting before the event
