The Naga City Scholar Guild (NCSG) is a youth-led organization under the Education, Scholarships, and Sports Office (ESSO) of the City Government of Naga. It serves as the official body representing the recipients of the Naga’s Tertiary Scholarship Program (NTSP), established through City Ordinance No. 2010-063, and was amended by Ordinance 2013-010. There were some correction in its provisions and was liberalized the scholarship assistance to Persons with Disabilities and those enrolled in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs). The guild plays a vital role in promoting academic excellence, leadership, social responsibility, and unity among its scholars.
