Núcleos Retroarch Download

I am trying to load the citra module on retroarch 1.9 to no avail. As in the title, when log is enabled I get the error "The specified module could not be found", along with a path, which is the correct citra_libretro.dll path.

Tried a couple of chapter restarts. Tried blocking the cave and tiles they come out on, but they just go to the nearest open instead. Using retroarch and have tried the same save file on beetle, vba-next, and mGBA cores.
