主題報告

(Panel Session Presentations)

一、場次與發言時間分配及按鈴規則如下:

(一)每場次時間為60分鐘,每場次發表3個主題。

與談人依議程順序宣讀報告,每人15分鐘。

(二)時間結束前1分鐘響鈴一次,時間結束時響鈴二次。

(三)三位講員報告後,每場次最後討論時間共為15分鐘。

討論時,針對各問题之每次發言及回答時問以不超過2分鐘為原則。


二、會場注意事項:

(一)請各場次之與談人於各場次開始前5 分鐘進入會場進行硬體設備及PowerPoint簡報等測試。

(二)出入會場請佩帶研討會提供之名牌,以茲識別。

(三) 請將行動電話保持關機或靜音模式,以示尊重與會者與以利議事進行。

I. The rules of presentation time and bell ringing:

i. Each session has a group of 3 presenters and will last for 60 minutes.

ii. Each presenter will give a 15-minute presentation. The first bell will ring 1 minute before the time is up. When the bell rings twice, it indicates the end of the allotted time for each presenter.

iii. After all three presentations, there will be a 15-minute Q&A for questions, answers, comments, or discussion. Please keep each question, answer or comment to a maximum of 2 minutes.


II. Notice:

i. Presenters are advised to arrive at the designated conference room earlier, preferably 5 minutes before the session starts to perform the technical testing.

ii. Please have your name tag with you at all times.

iii. Please have your cell phone turned off during conference sessions.

(Poster Presentations)

展示地點:國立政治大學行政大樓七樓創意屋。

張貼方式:海報展示人員請於指定位置張貼海報,請根據文章編號張貼。本研討會現場備有膠帶供張貼使用。

海報發表展示時間:海報布置時間10/29(六)上午9:00開始至下午16:00。請於正式展示時間(10/29(六)12:40-14:00 )開始前至少30分鐘到達並張貼完畢。

海報撤除時間:請海報展示人員於展示時間後10/29(六)下午16:00前自行完成撤除。會後若未撤除者,將由會議服務人員代勞,本會議恕不負責保留海報。

Display Location: The Creative Room, 7th floor, Administration Building, National Chengchi University.

How to post: Poster presenters are requested to post their posters at the designated locations (Please find your paper ID there). Sticking tape is available on site for posting.

Time: The Creative Room is available from 10/29 (Sat.) 9:00 through 16:00. Please make sure that your poster is posted at least 30 minutes before the official display time (12:40~14:00) on 12/29 (Sat.).

Posters Removal: Please remove your poster before 10/29 (Sat.) 16:00. If it is not removed after this time, the conference staff will do it for you. Please note that we will not be responsible for the safekeeping of the poster.
