Incidents, Citations and Arrests:
When you are logging an arrest, incident and citation, you will follow these correct formats:
Logging Incident:
Go to hp-commands channel.
Type /log incident.
You will then follow the format, under reason you will put why, under notes you will describe what happened.
Example: /log incident (reason)Traffic Control for Fire Department. (Notes) While I was on patrol, I noticed a structure fire at City Gas. I immediately went to the scene and called for the Fire Department over the radio. They arrived and I directed traffic for them until they said the scene was cleared.
Logging Citation:
Go to hp-commands channel.
Type, /log citation.
Follow Format Example: /log citation (suspect)name (fine amount)N/A if just a warning (violations) what they did (notes) add a description of what occurred.
Example: /log citation (suspect)_125 (fine amount) $200 (violations)P.C. 2906 Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices Infraction (notes) As I was patrolling by the RC Parking Garage, I was sitting at a redlight when I noticed a Black Tesla go around me and drive right through the light. I immediately initiated a Traffic Stop in which he did stop and was cooperative. He explained he was rushing, I ran his information and he had no BOLO’s and a clean record. I issued him a Ticket and gave his information back to him.
Logging Arrest:
Go to hp-commands.
Type /log arrest.
Follow the Format: /log arrest (suspect)name (charges)penal codes (Jail time) TBD (Assisted) Departments involved (Mugshot)post screenshot of mugshot (notes) be detailed.
Example: /log arrest (suspect) 7meyre (charges) P.C. 2802 Criminal Sale of Firearm [Class 1] Felony, P.C. 2108 Kidnapping Felony, P.C. 2109 Hostage Taking Felony (jail time) TBD by Judge (Assisted) RMPD, (mugshot) posted screenshot, (notes) As I was patrolling down Riverside Dr, I noticed a suspicious Black Van parked at the construction sight. I pulled over and began to watch to see what was going on. Another vehicle then pulled in beside the van and they began to exchange money for a firearm. I called it in on the radio and moved in on them. The suspect then grabbed the other guy and held a gun to him, he forced him in the van and he fled the scene. The suspect ended up driving off the road into the river, he attempted to flee on foot on the other side of the river. I deployed my taser and was able to place the suspect in cuffs. I performed a search of his persons and transported him to the county jail. EMS and RMPD are dealing with the other suspect that ended up becoming a hostage.
