LEA Administrative Action Planning Sessions

LEA Administrative Action Planning for Empowering Staff Well-Being, Mental Health and Resilience

What’s working and where do we go from here?

Description

School leadership across North Carolina recognize that student success depends on a healthy and happy workforce. This one-day interactive strategy session allows administrators across North Carolina an opportunity to collaborate as they seek to better understand the challenges Local Education Agency (LEA) employees have faced throughout the last few years, share ideas, and develop best practices and an action plan to support the overall well-being of staff moving forward. To sustain these efforts and provide individualized support, this strategy session will be followed up with small group coaching session(s).
