In order to receive the reduced conference room rate, you must reserve your room prior to January 30, 2026. The room block is subject to running out before this date.  After the room block deadline, reservations at the group rate will not be accepted. Please make your reservations early to ensure availability. 

The group code and reservation information will be sent after registration for the conference is completed. You must complete the online registration before you will receive the group code and hotel information. 

Room rates: $110.00 plus taxes. (Rooms at this rate are available until the Room Block is full or the reservation cut off, whichever comes first)

There is no charge for parking for conference attendees.
