I want to cordially invite you to celebrate a truly momentous milestone at the 50th Annual North Carolina Fire & Life Safety Education Conference! We're turning back the clock to a time of bell-bottoms and disco balls, but with our eyes firmly on the future of community risk reduction. Join us, March 3-6, 2026, at the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC, for an event that promises to be both a retrospective tribute and a forward-thinking forum.
This year's agenda is designed to spark new ideas and celebrate our shared history. On Tuesday, March 3rd, we'll kick things off with 3 pre-conference session options (more information coming soon), followed by our Eastern and Western Region Meetings and the NCFFBCF meeting.
On Wednesday morning, we will be kicking off the official start of the conference at 8:30 am with our Opening Session. Yes, this is a change from previous years.
On Wednesday evening, we'll host a special banquet to honor and reflect on five decades of commitment to fire and life safety in North Carolina.
On Thursday evening, get ready for a trip back in time! Our evening social is back by popular demand, we're bringing back the fun complete with a fun 70s flair you'll love.
Our dedicated NCFLSE State Council and NC OSFM Community Risk Reduction Staff are thrilled to welcome you to this landmark event. Let's make this 50th conference the most memorable one yet.
Sincerely,
E. Brené Ball
Chair, NC Fire and Life Safety Educator State Council
