Hotel Reservations – In order to receive the reduced conference room rate you must reserve your room prior to January 30, 2026. Room block is subject to run out before this date. 

Conference Registration - Early Bird Registration fee of $325.00 (with Banquet) and $300.00 (without banquet) offers a $50.00 discount and ends December 31, 2025. Beginning on January 1, 2026, the Regular Conference rate of $375.00 (with banquet) an $350.00 (without banquet) will be assessed. NO EXCEPTIONS after this date! Conference registration closes on February 14, 2026. 

**Refund Policy** - The conference will be held unless there is a state of emergency in NC. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee for cancellations or refund requests received on or before February 14, 2026. All refund requests must be sent via e-mail to: paula.brennan@ncdoi.gov. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 PM on February 14, 2026.

Emergency Illness/Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Late requests for refunds from attendees who are unable to attend the conference due to a death or family emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the NC FLSE Council Executive Committee.

Substitution Policy - Substitutions are welcome any time before or after the indicated deadline. Registration fee may be transferred from one registrant to another. Contact paula.brennan@ncdoi.gov
