Pay tuition
Three ways to pay:
The alternative online pay is via Zelle QuickPay, available with most banks. Please send payment to "nccae.org@gmail.com". Be sure to enter your registration ID when sending. Please allow 5-10 business days for your payment to be confirmed and reflected to your account.
Pay online by clicking "PAY ONLINE" when registering your class. This is real-time secure transaction which will allow your registration to be completed in seconds.
If you plan to pay by check, please write your Registration ID on the check. Please print out this email and and include with your payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for your payment to be processed and reflected to your account. Mail to:

Referral Program
NCCAE has a referral program to encourage our families and friends to help promote our program. here is how it works:
Referral only works for new users.
Referring to a new user, you will get a $30 credit which can be used for a future class.
The credit will deposit into your account after the new user takes a class for two weeks.
Section I: Registration Policies
You are required to register online.
The tuition is paid or mailed out (postmarked) at or before the tuition payment deadline (6/13/2025). Students will be on the waiting list without full payment.
We allow cancellation of the class before the second session starts. We will charge $20 for the first class and refund the rest through Zelle or check.
To ensure a productive and safe learning environment at NCCAE, all parents/guardians have the ultimate responsibility to follow the parent rules. All parents/guardians will be required to understand and agree to the following consent agreement at registration.
Enroll and pay tuition/fees for your student(s) on time at the beginning of each school semester.
Report to your student’s teacher for any absence.
Responsible for supervising your child’s homework after school, and read/follow all written communications from NCCAE administrators and teachers.
Responsible for going through Rules for Students with your child.
In order to maintain high ethical standards and to create a productive, safe learning environment, the following student rules will be agreed upon by students and parents/guardians, strictly enforced by teachers and school officials. All potential students and their parents/guardians will be required to understand and agree to the following consent agreement at registration.
Get to class on time and prepared. Bring all required books and stationery.
Respect your teachers, school officials, and volunteers who are helping school officials.
Raise your hand to speak and speak only when called upon.
Complete classroom assignments and homework on time.
Respect others. No Intimidation, harassment, and bullying of others.
All cell phones/iPads should be turned off in classes unless the teacher says otherwise.
My child(ren) has my permission to participate in NCCAE (New Century Center for Academic Excellence) online learning activities. I agree with the responsibilities stated above. I will not hold the New Century Center for Academic Excellence, or any of its regular personnel and volunteer workers liable for injury, accidents, illness, or other unexpected things that may occur during school hours and other school activities. I have read and understood the foregoing statements. I agree to ensure the responsibility stated above and waive all claims indicated.
If my student is under 13 years old, I also agree to read through the COPPA PARENTAL CONSENT FORM, download the form, sign it, and email it back to info@nccae.org.
To enhance my child(ren)'s learning experience, I give my permission for teachers to record classroom sessions when needed. These videos will be used for NCCAE's educational purposes only.
The school administration reserves the right to adjust or further clarify all related policies above, and/or to take any further actions when needed.
