ATrack

The NCC AT program uses ATrack to log student hours, patient encounters, and a variety of forms and documents. You should have received an initial e-mail from ATrack containing your account information. If you have any issues logging into ATrack, please reach out to the CEC.

Patient Encounter Tracking (PET)

Throughout the experience, students are required to track patient encounters. They are responsible for submitting a minimum of 2 encounters each week, however, we encourage them to submit more. The goal of PET is to provide the students with an opportunity to document their encounters. We ask that you review the PET and provide feedback on the student's performance.

At the bottom of the encounter, there is a scoring rubric and an opportunity for open-ended feedback. You will also approve the encounter by selecting "Yes" at the topic of the Supervisor Approval and Comments section. Please complete this for each encounter the student logs under your supervision.
