Camping is a signature part of Cub Scouting and often Cubs' favorite activity. Pack 255 takes advantage of the great youth group camping opportunities at Maryland State parks for all-Pack camping in the Fall and Spring.

Calvert Cliffs State Park (Spring 2021): Beach play, fossil hunting, skits, camp cooking, woods hike and wildlife

Directions to Calvert Cliffs Youth Group Camping site: Take the 495 Beltway to MD-4 South and go 44 miles on Rt. 4. Follow signs on Rt. 4 to Calvert Cliffs State Park. After exiting Rt. 4 at the signposted turn, you will be across from the park main entrance on Rt. 765. Turn left on Rt. 765. (Do not enter the park through the main entrance. The campgrounds are not accessible via the park main entrance.) Go one half mile (just past Middleham Chapel) and turn right onto Camp Conoy Road. Follow Camp Conoy Road to the end of the hard surface road and bear right onto the dirt road. The entrance to Camp Bay Breeze will be about a quarter mile on the right; you will see a gate with a lock. Get the lock code from a Leader.
