Student Notices can be issued by faculty or staff. They can be kudos to the student, or they can be reports of concern. We use three different tiers to distinguish between levels of intervention.
Tier 1- The student and the academic advisor receive email notifications, but no cases are generated. (A case initiates more supportive intervention.)
Tier 2- The student and the academic advisor receive email notifications, and either Dr. Brian Cusato or Dr. Mary Gulley are notified and a case is generated.
Tier 3- The academic advisor receives an email notification, and either Dr. Mary Gulley or Ann Young are notified and a case is generated. The student does not receive an email notification.
Click on the reasons below to see examples of the email notifications the students receive.
